The Southwest Airlines Pilots Association (SWAPA) is the pre-eminent union of Southwest Airlines Pilots with the mission of unifying, negotiating, and advocating for safety and security, career enhancement through collective bargaining, demanding contract compliance and job protection, and being the outspoken voice of all Southwest Airlines pilot interests to all audiences while also providing exceptional 24/7 representation and support to the pilots we represent.
